The Oakland (Calif.) McClymonds trio of Joshua Tatum, Derrick Hill and NaDerris Ward continue to set up a few more of their official visits. Hill now has four of the five visits locked in while his talented teammates have three a piece all set.
We just talked with Tatum, the 6-1, 220 pound linebacker a few days ago after he set his visit to Miami for (Dec. 9). Later that day, we talked with McClymonds heads coach Alonzo Carter who said he was close to setting a couple of trips each for all three of his standout athletes.
"Joshua is going to Michigan (Oct. 14) and Oregon (Nov. 18)," Carter said. "I need to set a date with Tennessee, he's definitely going to visit there and I'm trying to get Joshua and Derek to visit USC the weekend they play UCLA on (Dec. 3). Coach Carroll has said he likes his in-state guys to visit in January but I want this done by December so my guys don't have to worry about it.

"I told Coach Ruel that I want Joshua and Derek to visit for that UCLA weekend so my guys could have their decision made by Christmas and he said it was fine with him, he just needs to clear it with Pete first so hopefully we'll get that done soon.
"Derrick is almost done right now and just needs to finalize that USC date. He's going to Washington (Sept. 23), Arizona (Oct. 21), Oregon (Nov. 18) and Cal (Dec. 9). USC, like I said, will hopefully be that first weekend in December so he can make his decision right after his Cal trip. Naderris has Washington (Sept. 23), Arizona (Oct. 21) and Georgia (Nov. 18).
"If I was to handicap it all, I think Georgia is going to be tough to beat for Naderris, Joshua will decide between USC and Miami and Derrick will come down to Cal and USC."
