More teams now in pursuit of Reever

Garland (Texas) South quarterback Jordan Reever has had several developments over the last month, including many visitors at the school.
"Baylor, BYU, Syracuse, Duke, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kansas State, Kansas, La Tech, Maryland, Nebraska and Oklahoma have all been buy the school,” Dennis Reever, Jordan’s father said. “Florida called the coach and said they were going to come by, but then they had something come up and they couldn’t make it.”

The only offer on the table for the 6-foot-2, 190-pound Reever is from Syracuse.
“Syracuse has been by the school. They have a written offer on the table. Jordan would like to visit them.”
Another school showing a lot of interest is K-State.
“K-State came by the school twice and also came to the spring game,” the elder Reever said. “We are going up to their one-day camp Friday in Wichita. K-State would be one of the front runners right now. Oklahoma is also up there.”
Reever has been contacted by the Sooner staff as well.
“The Oklahoma coaches were up front and honest. They told us Rhett Bomar was their top choice out of Texas. But then Jordan was right up there if that didn’t work out in the state. They have some others around the country they like too.”
Reever, who is set to become one of the all-time Texas prep passing leaders in completions, attempts, yardage and touchdown passes, is planning on a few other camps this summer.
“After the K-State camp, Jordan is planning on going to the Texas Tech one-day camp. He will go to Alabama’s camp and a one-day Georgia Tech camp and he is hoping to get to Florida’s too.”
