More offers rolling in for Austin

La Puente (Calif.) Bishop Amat two way lineman Dominique Austin has seen his stock soar after a very good spring and summer. Austin is now up to four scholarship offers and it sounds like a few more could be on the way.
Austin, 6-4, 245 pounds had a very good junior season earning 1st team all-league and HM all-state underclass honors last year as an offensive lineman. He worked out with the defensive linemen at the SoCal NIKE Camp and was one of the top pass rushers in the event and has since performed very well at several other team camps.

"Recruiting is going pretty well right now," Austin said. "Arizona offered me awhile back and since then, I've been offered by Utah, Colorado State and Nevada. I just camped at San Diego State and things went really well there. Their defensive line coach told me he would be in touch pretty soon here.
"I'm also receiving a lot of interest from Oregon State and USC right now. I already camped at USC once for their lineman and did pretty well in the one on ones there. Coach Watson told me I'm definitely on their list and they want me to come out and camp with them again next Friday so that's what I'll be doing.
"Right now, I'm just enjoying going through the recruiting process and I don't have any plans to commit anywhere. After I'm done with these camps, I'll sit back and start to narrow things down heading in to my senior year."
