More offers for NJ athlete

At 6-foot-3 and 186-pounds, TJ Taylor of Monmouth Junction (N.J.) South Brunswick has the size and versatility that college coaches are looking for. Earlier today the Jersey athlete added his third BCS offer and may be close to a few more.
"I just received a verbal offer from Pittsburgh tonight," said Taylor, who already had offers from Rutgers and Temple, and picked up more recent FCS offers from Old Dominion, James Madison and Bucknell.

Taylor already has some strong feelings towards the Pittsburgh program.
"I feel really good about the program," said Taylor. "It's my first offer from an ACC school so I'm very happy about them. Pitt is a school that has had a strong football program for awhile, so that's always good too."
It has already been a busy Spring Evaluation Period for Taylor.
"There has been a lot going on lately," said Taylor. "I have been receiving phone calls from schools, emailing coaches and I picked up a few FCS offers as well. Pretty much every night I have some sort of communication from a school. I'm really enjoying it."
Taylor believes that Boston College and Central Florida may be next to offer, but before that happens he will take an unofficial visit tomorrow to another school that has offered.
"I'm visiting Rutgers again tomorrow," said Taylor, who explained what he hopes to experience on this visit. "Academically I want to see what they have to offer and their personal goals if I decide to go there."
With recruiting picking up, Taylor is beginning to figure out when he would like to make a final decision.
"I'm not sure when, but definitely before my senior season begins," said Taylor.
