Joe Mixon is just finishing up his junior season highlight tape and already more programs are getting involved in his recruitment.
Arizona State offered the 2014 running back from Oakley (Calif.) Freedom on Tuesday, adding to a list that already includes Cal, Colorado, Oregon State and Washington.
The plan this week is to polish off the highlight film and start sending it out to college coaches starting with the biggest programs in the country.

Mixon, a 6-foot, 180-pound prospect, hopes his stellar season leads to more offers coming up.
"This week I'm going to finish the highlight tape with my coach and then we're going to send it out," Mixon said.
"I'm really looking forward to it. I'm going to shoot up hopefully. I'm just waiting for all the colleges to come.
"I'm going to start off with the big ones and then I'm going to work my way down. I want to start with Alabama all the way down the list."
The Oakley Freedom standout is hopeful the coaches will like it.
After rushing for 1,354 yards and 20 touchdowns on 182 carries this season, Mixon thinks his recruitment could get much busier once coaches see what he's accomplished.
"Once they see it I'm pretty sure they're going to like it so I'm hoping I end up getting more offers," Mixon said.
More interest has already arrived. The 2014 standout said Nebraska, Florida, Miami and Houston have reached out recently as well.
