More interest for Jackson

West Bloomfield (Mich.) wide receiver Trishton Jackson has had an outstanding off-season, and that has generated more interest from college programs.
"Michigan State has been on me heavy and Pitt, so hopefully I'll get offers from them," Jackson said. "Michigan State has been to my school a lot of times. Pitt was in my school about two weeks ago and will be back this week."

Although Jackson has yet to receive offers from either Michigan State or Pitt, he is in regular conversations with both programs.
"I have a lot of conversations with Coach (Brad) Salem and Coach (Terry) Samuel (at Michigan State)," Jackson said. "They evaluated junior film, but they still want to see me at camp."
Jackson is also looking at attending a camp at Pitt this summer after recent talks with the Panther's coaching staff.
"I chatted with them and I think I might hit one of their one-day camps," Jackson said. "I like Pitt and they recruit athletic players, so I think I can fit the program well."
Besides Michigan State and Pitt, Jackson also plans to camp with Michigan, Indiana and Illinois this summer.
Jackson does hold nine offers from Purdue, Ball State, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Kent State, Miami (Ohio), Toledo, Ohio and Western Michigan. He also now has an offer in basketball.
"I got offered by UofD Mercy for basketball," Jackson said. "I wouldn't call (basketball) secondary, but so far I want to play football in college."
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Jackson was named a top performer on offense at the Rivals Camp Series presented by Under Armour in Cleveland last month.
