More interest for Dixon

Bryce Dixon took his first unofficial visit recently to Miami with Ventura (Calif.) St. Bonaventure teammate Ricky Town and both had a great time.
Dixon, a 2014 tight end who has picked up numerous early offers, said many things stood out to him during the trip including Miami's coaching staff and campus.

"It was my first time on a plane and it was my first visit so I liked it a lot," Dixon said. "There are a lot of nice people there and the campus is really nice.
"I got a great vibe from the coaches. They're all really good guys. They're definitely on the list but I'm keeping my options open because there are more schools talking to me."
Dixon's recruitment has been busy since the start of his junior season with offers already coming in from Arizona, Cal, Colorado, Miami, Ohio State and Washington.
Since so many schools have reached out this early, Dixon said he wants to continue looking at programs and see if more get involved through the rest of this season and into the off-season.
UCLA and Vanderbilt have shown some interest so Dixon is encouraged even more offers could be coming his way.
He hopes to take things slowly.
"I don't want to make my decision yet because there are more schools getting interested," Dixon said.
The 6-foot-4, 230-pound prospect looked good this summer at the B2G Elite Camp. Dixon has said he wants to wait until his senior season to make his commitment and that he's still open to all programs.
