More interest coming for 2014 LB

Absecon (N.J.) Holy Spirit has had a few BCS level recruits over the last couple of years and now it seems like the Class of 2014 may add to this total. One of the players to watch is linebacker Jeffrey Steeb, who is receiving serious interest from a few schools and hopes to hit the road for some upcoming visits.
"Boston College has shown a lot of interest, and Rutgers," said Steeb, who is 6-foot-3 and 215-pounds.

During the summer Steeb had the opportunity to attend the Rutgers elite skills camp.
"It was good," he said. "It gave me a chance to realize the other talent out there and it helped me learn more skills and better techniques."
Now with the college season in full swing, Steeb hopes to check out a few more schools.
"I intend on going to some Boston College games and I got a lot of other schools from the Big East just sending stuff, so hopefully I will visit some soon," said Steeb. "I also like the ACC so I would like to visit UNC, Maryland and Clemson."
Holy Spirit just recently had their first game of the season and the results were mixed.
"Well we lost to Hammonton 22-20 in overtime, but I played well, made some key plays and I had about 11 tackles," said Steeb, who worked on improving a couple parts of his game during the off-season. "I worked on getting off my blocks and getting into my pass drops quicker."
