Moosman talked in depth about his official visit to Ann Arbor.
"Friday we went to a hockey game, and I never realized what a big deal college hockey is at Michigan. They had a great crowd and it was a blast. We also went to dinner on Friday and had a chance to hang out with the players. My player host was Adam Krause and he was a really good guy and we got along well all weekend."
"Saturday was a big meeting and academic day. I was able to take several different tours as well as getting to sit in on several different academic meetings, and we also spent a lot of time at the Academic Center. We had lunch in the locker room and then had dinner at the Student Center on Saturday night. We also were able to go to the basketball game on Saturday night and that was fun. I was also able to fit in a long nap in the afternoon on Saturday, because I needed one pretty bad. Sunday was breakfast with the recruits and the coaches, and we had a chance to meet individually with the coaches before we left for home."
Moosman came away very impressed with the staff and the program at Michigan.
"Coach (Lloyd) Carr as well as his staff, and especially the strength coach (Kevin Tolbert) are just phenomenal people and coaches. When you go to Michigan it means that your going to come out with a ring."
Moosman has also narrowed down his final schools.
"I'm basically down to three schools now, and that's Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa. I'm going to take my official visit to Iowa this coming weekend and then I'll make my final college choice. A few other schools have been calling, but I'm basically done after Iowa with official visits."
