Moore says hes close

There is an itch going on with 6-foot, 201-pound Gurnee (Ill.) Warren Township running back Mitchell Moore who may be looking to pull the trigger pretty soon on his lone offer unless something else comes down the pipe soon.
Playing all over the field for Warren Township, his undefeated team is playing extremely well lately and according to Moore, he's averaging around 135 yards per game on the ground. However, recruiting is still circling around his mind.

"I'm taking an unofficial trip to Iowa State on Oct. 10 with my girlfriend and my mom," Moore said. "I have an official to Illinois the first week in December but I'm not sure if I'll make that trip. I was actually thinking about committing to Iowa State and the Illinois coaches told me not to jump on anything yet."
Obviously, the Cyclones have a very big lead. That has given him a plan what to do.
"It's like I told the coaches, it's almost half way through the season and honestly, if I don't get any more offers in the next two weeks, I'm committing to Iowa State," Moore said. "They took a chance on me with an offer and it's funny because I hadn't even gotten a letter or phone call before that. Then I talked to them on the phone and they told me to expect it."
Michigan State, Purdue, Rutgers, Toledo, and Illinois are all the teams interested but that have yet to offer.
Without an offer from any other school, it appears Moore could be done with his recruiting process sooner rather than later.
