Moore prepares for second official

Lafayette (La.) Acadiana outside linebacker Kevin Moore named a top five this summer, and he took his first official visit in September. His second official visit is just around the corner, and right now they are the only two he has scheduled.

THE LATEST: Moore's top five of Arizona State, ULL, Oklahoma State, Texas, and Texas Tech remains intact. He took his first official visit to Texas Tech in early September and the Red Raider program left a favorable impression. He will visit Arizona State next weekend (Oct. 30), and right now he does not have any other visits scheduled but he believes he will soon. He does not have plans to make a college commitment at this time.

RIVALS' REACTION: Moore has not trimmed his top five and continues to look at each of the schools in his top five. The visit to Texas Tech was a success for the Red Raiders and it was a positive experience for Moore. The visit to Lubbock was his first official visit and he plans to take other visits, but the Red Raiders have put themselves in a good position for the Louisiana linebacker.
