Moore has four visits in mind

Mesquite (Texas) Horn three-star defensive end Cordero Moore didn’t have things go the way he wanted to on the field this season. His team finished 1-9 and he was the focus of constant double and triple teams. But he does know he has something positive to look forward to – playing Division I college football.
“That’s one thing that has kept me going,” Moore, who is 6-foot-4 and 264 pounds, said. “I just keep focused and tried my hardest to help the team, but I know that there are other opportunities that are ahead of me.”

Opportunities like scholarship offers from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Baylor, Missouri, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Colorado. Moore said he’s not lined up his official visits quite yet, but does have four schools in mind for five of his visits.
“I’m going to go visit Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Alabama and Arkansas,” he said. “I plan on taking all five, but those are just four that I’m looking at.”
Moore claims no favorites, but did mention that he does really like Oklahoma defensive coordinator Brent Venables. He also mentioned that Alabama just started to get involved with him and he’s not sure yet why he likes the Tide.
“I’m just going to have to go check them out,” he said.
