Moore gets his first

Spring defensive tackle Terrance Moore received his first offer last week.
The 6-foot-5, 285-pound move-in from New Orleans played four games for the Lions and has made a good first impression with college recruiters. One Big 12 school has given him offer No. 1.

"It was pretty cool when I got that first offer from Missouri," Moore said. "I think I will get a few more over the next couple of weeks. I'm thinking and hoping Arkansas is one of those teams. I do like Missouri though."
Moore hasn't decided if he will go back to his McDonogh 35 High School in New Orleans for his senior season, but Spring coaches hope he decides to make Houston is home.
"I don't know what I'm going to do," Moore said. "Like I said, I like it here but it's not home."
Moore participated in the Nike Camp in Baton Rouge, La., and plans on attending a one-day camp at LSU.
"I'd love to play for LSU, but I'm not sure how interested they are," he said. "Time will tell."
