Molden high on two Pac-12 schools

Elijah Molden took a recent visit to Oregon when the Ducks were on a bye and it certainly was a productive one, further cementing them among his top teams.
The four-star cornerback from West Linn, Ore., intends to narrow his list at some point in the spring before his senior season, and Oregon should feel great about its chances to be included in that top group.

The likes of Arizona, Auburn, Florida State, LSU Mississippi State and Notre Dame have expressed new interest recently, Molden said.

IN HIS WORDS: "The Oregon visit was great and it exceeded my expectations," Molden told Rivals.com. "My biggest takeaway was probably the academic side of things regarding specific athletes enrolling in the honors college. I was interested in that and believe I would do that if I ended up at Oregon. I also watched practice, sat in a meeting and really took in their environment. They were very organized and respectful to my mother, which I appreciated.
"LSU is recruiting me heavily, along with Notre Dame and (a few others). I have not planned any trips to those schools yet because my family is very busy. I probably won't be able to get out until my senior year when I plan on taking my officials. I'll most likely have a top five around spring, and right now it looks like Oregon and Stanford will definitely be in there. I'm still looking at other schools and waiting for schools that have yet to contact me."
WHAT'S NEXT?: The 2017 Rivals250 prospect has plans to visit the Ducks again later this month for the highly anticipated matchup against USC, another program that has been recruiting him for some time. Molden also intends to travel down the coast to see the Cardinal take on the Fighting Irish at the end of the month. It definitely appears that Oregon and Stanford have distinguished themselves in the early going, but Molden said that he won't know until he is able to see other schools in person.
