Moffitt headed for the Big Ten
West Haven (Ct.) Notre Dame offensive lineman John Moffitt took official visits to Michigan State and Virginia before visiting Wisconsin over the weekend.
"It was really nice there," Moffitt said of his trip to Madison. "I had a great time.

"Wisconsin is a great school. And they have a great football program. I really liked Madison.
"I might visit Penn State, but I'm not sure. Penn State hasn't offered a scholarship so I don't know how much longer I'm going to wait.
"It's pretty much down to Michigan State and Wisconsin. I don't have a real favorite. I'm still trying to figure that out.
"I'll decide in a week or two."
The 6-foot-4 and 290-pound Moffitt, who was hosted by Joe Monty while in Madison, is the No. 14 prospect in New England in the Rivals.com player rankings.
