Moffett names three favorites

The high school football season in the state of Florida has been delayed due to the hurricanes that have hit the state. Most schools, other than perhaps some type of pre-season kickoff classic, either have not yet played a game, or had their first one this weekend. But that doesn't mean the many Sunshine State college prospects haven't been thinking about recruiting.
"I've got it down to eight schools," Melbourne (Fla.) Palm Bay linebacker Neefy Moffett said. "Miami, Florida State, LSU, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, USC, and Ohio State are the ones. They all offered me."

"I'll start setting up my (official) visits when the season gets rolling. I'll visit LSU and Miami. My three favorites are LSU, Miami, and USC."
"I went to the Florida State-Miami game. I was a Miami fan during the game."
The 6-foot-1 and 215 pound Moffett made close to 100 tackles including 16 sacks during his junior season. Moffett is the No. 12 outside linebacker prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 1 overall prospect in the state of Florida.
