Mobile (Ala.) UMS-Wright running back Terrell Edwards picked up his second scholarship offer on Tuesday.
"I got an offer from Marshall today," Edwards said. "The coach (Thundering Herd recruiter Jared Smith) told me that they liked my tape and that they were going to offer me a scholarship.
"I was excited. I couldn't believe it."
Marshall joins Kentucky in offering the 6-foot, 205-pounder.
"I don't really know if I have a leader right now," Edwards said. "I've been on the Internet reading about Marshall. They like to run the ball, so that's good."
Despite the recent offer, Edwards plans to hold off on making a commitment.
"I'm going to weigh it all out and decide later," he said.
Edwards also likes Alabama, Auburn, Miami (Fla.) and other programs. He attended the Rivals.com Junior Day March 18 in Hattiesburg, Miss.
