And one of the nation's best recruits for the Class of 2003 is LaGrange, Ga., quarterback prospect Blake Mitchell.
“He’s a perfect drop-back passer and he’s been offered (scholarships) by pretty much everybody,” LaGrange coach Steve Pardue said. “He has a really strong arm and understands the game.
“I feel like he’ll be able to add on weight pretty quick in college which may be all he needs. His brother was 6-7, 215-pounds when he was drafted (in the 4th round). Now, he’s 238 and with the Colorado Rockies.”
