Missouri DT makes choice

Eureka, Missouri defensive tackle M.J. Norman has always been leaning that way, but he just now made it official.

"I've liked Missouri a long time," Norman said. "I just went ahead and committed. The only thing making me hold off was making sure everything was okay."
The 6-foot-5, 280-pound Norman was also recruited by Kansas, Kansas State, Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska.
"Missouri and Iowa were the only ones to offer me scholarships," Norman said. "Missouri was the first one, so that put them right up there at the top from the start."
Norman becomes the third commitment of the year for the Tigers from Eureka. His pledge unites him with current teammates defensive back Darnell Terrell and offensive lineman Marty Raab, both of who chose the Tigers earlier this year. He is also the fifth commitment of the class for Missouri.
