Missouri commit is set to visit three

Lancaster, Texas cornerback Chad Washington made a decision to commit to Missouri earlier this season, but that decision hasn’t kept other schools from expressing interest.
“I am still committed to Missouri,” the 5-foot-11, 192-pound Washington said. “But, I want to keep my options open I guess. I am planning to take three visits before I make everything officially done.”

The three schools that will get the chance to entertain the three-star rated prospect are Kansas, Missouri and Colorado.
“I’m going this weekend to Kansas,” he said. “Then next weekend I will go to Missouri. Then the week after that, I will travel to Colorado for an official visit. Like I said, though, I am still committed to Missouri, but I want to make sure I have my options covered.
“It is pretty much just those three. I will visit them and then make a final decision. I think it is a pretty good chance that I visit them all and I end up sticking with my commitment to Missouri.”
Washington will be playing host to Kansas coaches on Tuesday.
“Kansas is going to come on Tuesday,” he said. “I don’t remember which coaches are coming. That is the only in-home visit I have set up right now, though.”
