The 6-foot-0, 180 pound cornerback from Rockhurst High School in Kansas City, Missouri feels that he is better off going to Kansas State, who recently offered him to play football there.
Both he and his parents have discussed all of the ramifications of going to Kansas State and are in agreement, that Kansas State is the best deal for him.
Although at this time he had not yet informed his coach of his decision, he said he reached his final decision on Tuesday November 20th. He will be talking to his high school coach by Monday and then calling the Kansas State coaches right after talking to his coach.
"They've offered just recently, and they have a good program. I'll have a good chance to play, and it's close to home," Noah Strozier said.
"My uncle went there (Kansas State), and they have a number of former Rockhurst players there."
He's making an official visit to Kansas State on December 7th and he tentatively has one to UCLA for either December 14th or January 11th but "I won't take that visit."
Noah had no idea on what his stats were, but he did know they weren't very good.
"I'm not satisfied with my play for the season. I didn't play up to my potential or expectations."
