Bobby Weakley says he's working
on finalizing four official visit dates.
"I'm looking at Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Kentucky
and Southern Miss right now." he said. "Those are the four I've had calls from
lately. I'm also thinking about Auburn or LSU. I need to hurry up and get them
set up. I know time is kind of running out, but I've been working a lot lately
and not had a chance to talk to a bunch of coaches when they've called the
house."
Is there a favorite in the mix?
"Probably Ole Miss," he said. "I like their reputation
for developing good running backs. I really liked the campus, too, when I went
up there for a game this season. It was beautiful."
Weakley (6-0, 211, 4.5) rushed for more than 1,000 yards
and 10 touchdowns this season after assuming the featured back role for Brandon.
As a junior, he amassed 422 yards playing the backup role to All-American
Jerious Norwood, now a freshman at Mississippi State.
He may also be recruited to play defense, perhaps as an
outside linebacker or safety in certain schemes.
