Mississippi QB might have decision to make
Junior to Watch: Cliff Davis
School: Eupora, Miss.

Position: Pro-style quarterback
Size and Speed: Davis is 6-foot-5 and 205 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.7 seconds. He bench presses 270 pounds and squats 350 pounds. Davis also has qualified by scoring a 19 on the ACT.
Statistics: Davis threw for more than 1,500 yards and 21 touchdowns.
Honors: all-district
Favorite schools: Davis has no offers yet, but is getting heavy interest from Ole Miss, Alabama, Florida and LSU.
Skinny: Eupora, Miss., standout quarterback Cliff Davis might have a tough decision next year to make.
Davis believes he will be selected in the 2003 baseball draft. He is one of the top prospects in Mississippi in both football and baseball next year.
With his size and stature Davis posses a threat on the mound or behind center.
" It’s going to be a tough decision to make, I really want to go to college and experience that atmosphere," Davis said.
What school will best fit Davis in his style of play?
" Definitely not where they run the option," Davis said. " A school that uses the shotgun would probably best fit my style, Ole Miss or Florida are schools that run similar offense like mine Eupora."
Eupora will be looking to improve on a 10-2 season and will be a favorite to win state this next year with Davis at the helm.
" We start spring ball on Monday and I’m looking forward to getting started in that," Davis said.
" The camps this summer that I will be attending will be Ole Miss camp and the Manning passing camps as well."
