Kethone McLaurin fit’s the mold of the athletic quarterback that everybody wants these days. With a 40-yard dash of 4.5 seconds, it’s like having a running back and a quarterback at the same time.
"I'm not just a runner, though, I can throw the ball, too," McLaurin said. "I can do it all, but if pressure is getting to me, then I can take off down field. But I like dropping back and throwing the ball down field as well."
What will be important to McLaruin in selecting a school?
"I really would like to get into engineering,” he said. “That's something that I've had an interest in. I think I would like to be a sports agent eventually"
The camps that McLaurin will be attending this summer will be Mississippi State, Southern Miss, LSU and the Bobby Bowden Passing Academy.
"I'm looking forward to this summer to show my versatile skills to the coaches," McLaurin said.
