Minnesota QB keeps options open

Plymouth, Minn. dual threat quarterback prospect Mitch Brecke (6-foot-0, 175 pounds) has been all over the Midwest so far this summer at various camps, and could Brecke's college search take a turn out East next?.
“Mitch has an offer from North Dakota State University (D-1AA)," said Rick Brecke, Mitch's father. “Mitch has camped so far at Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota State and he just finished a one-day camp at Michigan this week."

Rick Brecke talked about his son's summer camps as well as how a family vacation out East later this summer could turn into a few unofficial visits for his son.
"Mitch has basically tried to camp at just about every camp that he could get to this summer. He's been seen by several coaches at these camps, and they all have been complimentary towards his overall performances. Later this summer we are planning to take a family vacation out East, and we are thinking about making a few unofficial visits to a handful of Ivy League schools while we are out there."
"Princeton, Darthmouth and Cornell have all expressed interest in Mitch, so were going to try to see a few of the Ivy League schools in person this summer. Mitch's goal is to play D-1 football, but we are also very interested in what the Ivy League schools have to offer as well."
