Minnesota OL impressed at Nike Camp

Apple Valley, Minn. offensive line prospect Ryan Ruckdashel (6-foot-6, 255 pounds) was one of a handful of Minnesota prospects who made the journey to last Sunday's Iowa Nike Camp, and Ruckdashel made the most of his camp, posting an impressive 31 reps of 185 pounds.
"I really came away with a great feeling for the Nike Camps," Ryan Rucksdashel said. "I really liked the whole organization as well as the way the camp was run. I liked the one on one work the best, and I also thought that the coaching at the Nike Camp was exceptional. I was really surprised by how good the coaches were, and they really had me fired up."

Ruckdashel has also seen his share of recruiting interest so far during the May evaluation period. "I've gotten phone calls from Oklahoma State, Northern Illinois, Notre Dame, Harvard and Yale. Several coaches have made in school visits this spring, and this week both Northern Illinois and Minnesota made in school visits. According to my coach, twelve other schools have made visits so far."
Has Ruckdashel started to make his summer camp plans yet? "I'm looking at camping at Iowa, Iowa State, Notre Dame, Minnesota and Wisconsin. I might also add or subtract a few schools at the end of the May evaluation period."
