"I didn't visit Tennessee State," Bloomfield Hills (Mich.) Andover linebacker Leon Mims said. "My father and I decided to take a break."
Mims visited Michigan State Jan. 14 and would like to take at least one more trip.
"I'll probably go to Tennessee State next weekend," Mims said. "I believe that will be it.
"Michigan State is still my favorite. I'm still waiting to see what they are going to do. Tennessee State is my second choice."
The 6-foot-0 and 235 pound Mims made over 100 tackles including 13 sacks during his senior season. He said neither Michigan State nor Tennessee State have offered a scholarship to this point.
