Milo lands major SEC interest

It might just be a coincidence that SEC teams have become very active with Bar Milo but the 2015 offensive tackle is excited for the new attention that's come in this month.
"I've just started hearing from Alabama and Auburn," Milo said. "Auburn is really recruiting hard. Their whole offensive staff sent me letters telling me they're interested. They want me to come down to Auburn. Obviously I don't have time because of all the football.

"Mississippi State is also looking at me. Tennessee has also contacted me. I'm getting piles of letters every day."
The 6-foot-6, 305-pound offensive tackle from West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade already has offers from Cal, Miami, Nebraska and Washington but even he was surprised by all the SEC attention in recent weeks.
He'll take it though and still slowly move through the recruiting process.
"I guess once they could contact me, right on that day, I got many friend requests on Facebook, the next day at school coach was giving me piles of letters from different schools I haven't seen," Milo said. "I guess they have the chance to talk now."
Getting out for some visits seems unlikely during the season. Milo said all his focus will remain with his team especially since it's still so early in the recruiting process.
"I was going to try to take some visits but there's so much on my plate right now with the season," Milo said.
"My team needs me right now and I need to be there for them. I can't be missing practices. I really don't want to have to deal with that stuff while going through the season."
