Alvin, Texas offensive lineman Nathan Miller took his first official visit over the weekend.
“Nathan did visit Kansas State this weekend,” Alvin coach Mike Bass said. “He was very impressed and had a very good time.”

The 6-foot-2, 265-pound Miller came away with an official scholarship offer from Wildcat coach Bill Snyder.
“He said Coach Snyder offered him a scholarship during the visit. He was excited about the offer, but he did not commit to Kansas State. He wants to take some other visits, first.”
Miller has visits scheduled to Clemson (Jan. 9) and Rice (Jan. 16).
“I know Kansas State and Rice are his two favorite schools,” Bass said. “He wants to see Rice before he makes a decision.”
