Miller not moving off decision

Jordan Miller considered going to the Washington-Cal game this past weekend but couldn't make it because he took the SAT.
The three-star athlete from Oceanside, Calif., is committed to the Huskies but Cal continues to show a lot of interest so it would have been a good game to see. But Miller said he's completely happy with his Washington pledge even if the Golden Bears are staying involved.

"They're recruiting me pretty hard," Miller said. "They've been sending me mail pretty much every day. I talk to their coach pretty much once a week. It's been pretty regular and the same since before I committed.
"I'm not not looking at (Cal) but I wouldn't say it's a close look. I'm giving them their props but I'm still solid to Washington."
Miller, a 6-foot-2, 165-pound prospect who will probably play defensive back in college, could not be at the game in Berkeley but he saw some of it and said it was an outstanding performance by Washington in its 31-7 win.
Plenty of programs are showing interest in the Oceanside standout but it sounds like his commitment to the Huskies is completely firm.
"That was a great game," Miller said.
"It's not just that but I love the coaching staff. I feel like I'd be really comfortable up there. It's like I'm at home already. I feel like I'd be welcomed. I don't know about playing right away but I feel like I'd have an opportunity to make plays on defense and do what I have to do."
Miller plans to take his official visit to Washington sometime in December. He could take other trips if something unforeseen happens with the Huskies but he doubts that will happen.
"At this point it's just Washington," Miller said. "If someone comes where I'm not super strong on them, which I doubt will happen, then I'll take another one but I doubt that's going to happen."
