Millard moving up the charts

One of the top players in the state of Missouri has seen his offer list expand even further.
Columbia (Mo.) Rock Bridge linebacker/tight end Trey Millard already had scholarship offers on the table from Missouri and Stanford, but his coach said two new offers have come in recently.

"Trey has picked up an offer from KU as an outside linebacker or a tight end," Rockbridge A.J. Ofodile said. "South Carolina has now offered him as a tight end. These are really solid offers for him to go along with what he already has."
At 6-foot-2 and 245 pounds, Millard earned recognition as one of the state's top linebacker prospects, but more and more schools have started to become attracted to his blocking ability as a tight end or even an H-back.
His status is starting to really rise and Ofodile thinks he could blow up as quickly as one of his former stars that signed with Georgia a few years back.
"A lot of the people who are recruiting (teammate) Chase Rome are seeing Trey, and he is on the verge of getting some pretty big offers," Ofodile said. "I think he is going to rise fast like Aron White did the spring of his junior season."
