Mike likes Sun Devils

Andrew Mike had a fantastic trip for Arizona State's junior day but his sole focus is not on football recruiting so the 2014 offensive tackle from Tucson (Ariz.) Sabino plans to take his time and not rush any decision.
The 6-foot-7, 260-pound four-star prospect seemed to pay special attention to how coach Todd Graham runs his program, the focus on character development and how the Sun Devils are headed in the right direction.

It was a good visit but Mike is still looking at all his options.
"It was a good day," Mike said. "They had everybody together for the basic meetings to focus on character and the new program coach Graham has put in place.
"We toured the facilities and the stadium and then my family and I talked with Graham and he wants me to come look at the honors college to see if it would be the right fit for me if I chose to go there."
Arizona State is one of eight offers for Mike, who also has Arizona, BYU, Cal, Northern Arizona, Penn State, Utah and Washington on his list.
The job Graham and his coaching staff did in their first season was impressive, Mike said, and something for him to consider moving forward.
"I think it's great that they turned the program around with discipline and focusing on character, not just sports, because overall it will help their program," Mike said.
"It's still too early though. I'm really busy with basketball and I'm pretty much just taking my time."
Mike is not sure of any other upcoming visits but he does know this summer he will travel with his team to Notre Dame for a passing tournament and lineman challenge. Also, Florida State is showing new interest.
