Midshipmen add Utah back
Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo has added another ball carrier to the Midshipmen's potent rushing attack. Park City (Utah) tailback Dylan Chynoweth phoned Nuimatalolo last week to inform the Navy head coach that he was committing his services to the service academy.
"I have committed to play for Navy," Chynoweth reported. "I called Coach Niumatalolo on Jan. 7."
The 5-10, 202-pound Chynoweth was named Utah's Class 3A all-state MVP this past season after rushing for 2,258 yards and 34 touchdowns on 185 carries (12.2 yard per carry average). The two-star running back runs a 4.51 40-yard dash and a 4.03 shuttle and he has a vertical jump of 34 inches.
