Mid-Atlantic star will trip west

One of the mid-Atlantic’s top prospects is four-star defensive end/tight end Victor Abiamiri (6-5, 240, 4.6) from Baltimore (Md.) Gilman. This star at one time was looking at several west coast schools but now is only looking at one.
Abiamiri is a standout on both sides of the ball but his future is as a defensive end. He is quick as lightning off the edge and had 17 sacks even though he was the subject of double and triple teams all season long.

Abiamiri is known for putting out great effort all game long and has a motor that is always running.
When you put forth the effort that Abiamiri does and you have his type of skills it is easy to understand why he has over 30 offers from some of the nation’s beat college programs.
Abiamiri doesn’t have any favorites yet. “I’m just going to take my trips and will make my decision on what I learn on my visits,” Abiamiri said.
The talented defensive end from Gilman will travel to South Bend and be part of Notre Dame’s big recruiting weekend the Irish have planned.
The Miami Hurricanes are next for Abiamiri when he arrives in Coral Gables on December 13th. The home state school Maryland land’s his third official visit on December 20th and North Carolina gets his fourth set visit on January 10th.
The visit that Abiamiri has committed to is Stanford. The last remaining west coast school, UCLA and USC were once also being considered by Abiamiri.
That USC is no longer in the running is their first loss in weeks.
The Stanford visits date hasn’t been finalized yet.
Past experience is if Stanford gets you on campus in January they are very tough to beat.
Just a thought to consider.
