Michigan, Virginia offer New Jersey QB

The quarterbacks from the Class of 2011 will be some of the most closely watched rising seniors over the summer months as they attend camps and combines in an effort to show off their skills and hone their abilities.
Prior to those events Tanner McEvoy has made a strong case for being ranked among the top quarterbacks in the region and beyond.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound quarterback from Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic has an offer list that's impressive and still growing. It's only going to get bigger as the months go on.
"He has been down to see Miami and Florida, and he just got offered by Michigan and Virginia," said Tina McEvoy, speaking of her son Tanner.
"He was at the spring game for Florida, which was April 10th, and he was at Miami on April 8th. He spent a lot more time at Miami since they had the spring game going on at Florida."
McEvoy's mother said her son enjoyed his time at both schools. He made the trip with his father.
She went on to say they plan on attending the Rutgers spring game today.
"He's going to the NIKE camp at Penn State on (May) 2nd and he's going to the Elite 11 camp in Alabama on May 22nd. He's going to the University of South Carolina for a day of camp on June 12, and he's going to Boston College from June 14-18. He'll possibly be going out to Notre Dame day, and then his team's going down to South Carolina to compete in a 7-on-7 tournament in July."
