Safety/wide receiver Jamar Adams is still a soft verbal to Michigan, but that doesn't mean he isn't looking around. He has four upcoming official visits. Has anything changed recently?
"I've scheduled official visits to North Carolina (Jan. 9), South Carolina (Jan. 16), Florida State (Jan. 23) and UCLA (Jan. 30)," said Adams. "Michigan is still probably on top, but some of those schools are making a hard push for me here lately."
Is anyone else beginning to stand out to the 6-foot-2, 198-pound athlete from Charlotte (N.C.) Butler?

"I don't know if I'd say they're standing out, but Florida State is making a real strong push. They're probably the biggest name other than Michigan that's recruiting me, so I'm interested in them. South Carolina has shown a lot of interest in me lately too."
While Butler isn't opposed to listening to what these schools have to offer on his official visits, they have their work cut out for them.
"I'm going into these visits with somewhat of an open mind, but I'm going to have to be totally blown away to choose a school other than Michigan," he said. "That's the school I said I wanted to go to earlier, and that hasn't changed. I'm just taking these visits to make sure I'm making the right decision."
