Michigan the latest offer for CB

Tony Grimes got some good news this morning, landing perhaps his biggest scholarship offer to date. Grimes, a cornerback prospect from Hollywood (Fla.) Hills High School in south Florida, was offered by the maize and blue.
"Michigan is big," Grimes said. "It's a plus that they are a winning program with the most wins in NCAA history. I have been talking with coach Hopson and he told me the offer will come after the head coach saw my film. And here I am now reading the offer letter. It's a great feeling."

Grimes, 5-10 and 166 pounds, now has scholarship offers from Michigan, Purdue, South Carolina, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt, West Virginia, Florida Atlantic and Toledo. Last season as a junior he recorded 41 tackles, 15 pass breakups and five interceptions.
This fall Grimes will do it all from Hollywood Hills. He will play cornerback, safety, wide receiver and running back.
