Michigan State leads for 3-star LB Hart

3-star linebacker Christopher Hart of Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas said Michigan State is his leader followed by Iowa, with Wisconsin, Louisville and Illinois rounding out his top five.
He's planning to take official visits to all five schools, but the only date penciled in is Oct. 25 when the Spartans host Michigan. He hopes to reach a decision shortly after he completes his visits.

Here's what the 6-foot-3, 225-pound Hart said about each school:
Michigan State: "They had the No. 1 defense in the country last year so that really gave me a good intention. And Madre London is a former St. Thomas guy and he's up there recruiting me. He wants me there real bad and he said it's a fit for me."
Iowa: "They have a great history of defensive lineman. I look at their practices and their defensive lineman go hard. They have real good practice facilities and it's like family out there."
Wisconsin: "A lot of St. Thomas guys who went there got drafted to the league like James White. Maybe if I go there I'll feel like I can be the next one to get to the league."
Louisville: "They've been really underrated the last couple of years in college football and have showed up as top dog winning bowl games and I think that could be a good place for me as well."
Illinois: "They said if I come there I'd get a lot of playing time."
