One of the Midwest's top running backs still has three verbal offers and he seems content with those schools for now.
Dennis Norfleet, a 5-foot-9, 170-pound back from Detroit (Mich.) Martin Luther King, has offers from Cincinnati, Michigan State and Tennessee.
He'll be visiting one of those schools in the next couple of weeks.
"I'm going to Tennessee on July 18," Norfleet said over the weekend. "I've been talking to them so I'm ready to get out there."
Does Norfleet have any favorites?
"I've only got three (offers) so it ain't that hard," he laughed.
Norfleet said he hasn't set up any visits for after his trip to Tennessee but he will probably be on the road more before his decision.
"They're pretty even right now, at least until I take more visits," he said. "I've been to Cincinnati and I liked what I saw up there. I like the campus and the coaches. I really enjoyed myself at Cincinnati.
"I've been to Michigan State a lot of times, too. I feel good about them."
Norfleet rushed for 1,880 yards and 31 touchdowns last fall.
