Michigan RB might visit One Big 12 school

A torn ligament will keep Kyle Brown out of action for the year, but the schools that have offered him are standing by their commitments to him.
The 6-foot-1, 195 pound running back from West Bloomfield, Michigan might make official visits to Purdue on 11/30/01 and to Southern Cal on 12/7/01. They are not official quite yet. “Oh no,” Kyle said, “they asked me, if I could come down there at that time.” But “I probably will and Oklahoma asked me to make an official visit down there too.” No date has been setup for his Oklahoma visit.

Michigan State is still his leader. “Yeah” - Michigan State is the leader. The Michigan State campus is one hour from his home, which might be a factor in his final decision.
“Purdue, Oklahoma and Southern Cal are my top three” after Michigan State. Purdue and Oklahoma have a slight lead over Southern Cal – per him.
“Georgia Tech is in my top five,” Brown said. “Nebraska is not in my top five and Oregon just started really recruiting me. Virginia, Clemson and Wisconsin are not in my top five, but I like their programs.’’
“I might make an official visit to a Florida school, like Miami,” he said.
“Most schools want me for running back or wide receiver.”
