Michigan QB commits

One of the Midwest’s top quarterbacks has made a decision. Detroit Country Day quarterback Earnest Jackson was torn between Cincinnati and Northwestern.
But after a commitment on Sunday, he’s no longer confused.

“Earnest committed to Cincinnati on Sunday,” his father, Earnest Jackson Sr., said.
“He was really confused between Northwestern and Cincinnati, but he just felt best with the situation at Cincinnati, so he called them up and committed.
“I think he’s a great fit for them.”
And Jackson is a great get, too.
Jackson is ranked as a two-star prospect and ranked as the No. 24 player in the state of Michigan.
As a junior, he passed for more than 1,800 yards and ran for 550.
