Michigan OL waiting on first offer

Offensive Lineman Ethan Ruhland from Lake Orion, Mich. hasn't recieved any offers as of yet but has no worries of being neglected.
"I've talked to Michigan State and Central Michigan so far and I've visited both campuses," said the The 6-foot-4, 263-pound left tackle. "I liked both but it's way too early yet to choose. I want to look at Duke and Northwestern too, they have good programs and coaches and I think I'd fit in there also. I'll look at any school who shows interest in me."

Others schools of interest include Boston College, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Penn State and Virginia.
Ruhland has been working hard.
"I attended the Nike combine in Naperville, Illinois and ran a 5.51-second 40 and a 4.68-second shuttle and was told I made a real good showing, hopefully that'll bring some more interest in me. I'll try to show my stuff at the Purdue Nike Camp (May 5) coming up also."
Ruhland says he enjoys the physical nature of playing offensive line.
"I really like the inside running game, you can really bash some heads. I like pass protection too, I play left tackle so I have to protect my quarterback's blind-side and I take great pride in that -- when he doesn't get touched."
Ruhland also considers himself a motivator.
"I give 100-percent all the time, that's what it's all about. I'm just extremely competitive by nature and I keep the other guys motivated."
Ethan looks forward to playing at the next level but is cherishing his high school career.
"Sure, I look forward to college ball but I'm having fun now too, I work hard to get better every game and that's what it's all about. Like last year, we just kept getting better. We went undefeated along with Clarkston. We played them the last game of the season and beat them 32-8. This is a new year and we know we have to get better yet."
