Michigan lands Cheathem

Pomona, Calif., three-star Keston Cheathem (6-3, 195, 4.5) from Pomona, Calif., had a standout season on both sides of the ball as a wide receiver and defensive back. Cheathem just announced on live television that he will play his college ball for Michigan.
On the defensive side of the football, Cheathem racked up 60 tackles and he had eight pass breakups. Not bad when you consider he was rarely challenged during the season.

On offense, Cheathem caught 20 passes for 335 yards and three touchdowns. His long for the season was a 70-yards touchdown reception.
Michigan wins the services over offers from Colorado (Dec. 12th) He has already visited Washington (Sept. 26th), Washington State (Oct. 3rd), Michigan (Oct. 17th), and Oregon State (Oct. 25th).
Nice pick-up for Michigan.
