Michigan DB has West Coast offer

Monroe standout Kris Evans is one of the top defensive back prospects in the state of Michigan. And a couple of schools have already shown their faith in Evans by offering a scholarship.
"The two schools I have offers from say they want me for defense," Evans said. "Stanford says cornerback and Eastern Michigan says cornerback, but they say I could also play running back."

"I'm looking at those two. And I'm also looking at Indiana, Penn State, Iowa, Northwestern, Connecticut, Boston College, Michigan, and Notre Dame."
"In May I had a lot of visits. I'd say about 35 schools came through."
"My favorite now would be Notre Dame I guess. But I haven't got an offer from them."
The 6-foot-0 and 170 pound Evans rushed for 802 yards, caught 23 passes, and scored four times on kickoff returns during his junior season. Evans also made 24 tackles and intercepted one pass.
