Michigan athlete not committed - yet

Rivals.com received an e-mail earlier this weekend saying that Bloomfield (Mich.) Andover two-star defensive end/tight end Brian Zematis has committed to Indiana. When Rivals.com reached Zematis he said that the tipster was true on one thing, but not 100 percent accurate.
“I haven’t committed yet,” Zematis, who is 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, said. “I’m probably leaning toward Indiana. I really like the school, and it’s a Big 10 problem. Combine those two things, and that’s a really attractive situation for me.”

Zematis has offers from Indiana. Central Michigan, Western Michigan and Bowling Green. He’s scheduled to visit Indiana on December 3 and might also visit Western and Bowling Green, but those dates have not set up yet.
Zematis can play on either side of the ball.
“I was thinking tight end earlier in the year, but this year I’ve been more successful on defense since we don’t throw the ball, so I’ve turned into more of a defensive player,” Zematis said.
"Bowling Green and Western like me at tight end. Indiana said I’m a big athlete, and they’ll find a good place for a guy like me.”
