Miami Gets A Big Commitment

The Miami Hurricanes look to continue their stellar tradition at wide receiver and got a great start with their latest commitment.
"I committed to Miami," said Akieem Jolla from New Orleans (La.) St. Augustine. "I love everything about it."
Jolla, considered the top wide receiver in Louisiana this year, chose the Hurricanes over offers from LSU, Florida, Tennessee, Michigan and many others. He runs the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds and at 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds, he is bigger than almost every cornerback he'll face.
"Miami has led for me for a long, long time," he said. "From the offense to the coaches to the uniforms, I love it all. And I'll be playing for a national championship."
