Metroplex LB makes his pick

A couple of offers came towards McKinney, Texas outside linebacker Brandon Ogletree and one of those stuck out after his official visit this past weekend. It was just the time that a decision had to be made.
The 5-foot-11, 206-pound sleeper Ogletree took an official visit last weekend to BYU and while he was there, he decided to end things right then.

"I committed to BYU while I was there," Ogletree said. "The No. 1 thing was that I love the atmosphere up there and I think it's a great place. I really like the coaches there and they seem like guys that I would want to go to war for."
"There is just something about them that I love."
With visits scheduled to Air Force and Navy coming up, Ogletree decided that he had found exactly where he wanted to go and cancelled the remaining trips.
"I'm not going to take those trips," Ogletree said. "I'm solid."
Another thing that played into his decision was BYU's feelings about his mission trip.
"They are working with me on my church mission and know that I will go on that," Ogletree said. "Obviously, that was a big part of my decision as well."
