Merrell twins looking forward to visits
Newark (Dela.) Hodgson Vo-Tech outside linebacker Jamal Merrell and his twin brother Jamil Merrell took their first official visit over the weekend and they are looking forward to two more coming up quickly.
The Merrell twins enjoyed their trip to Rutgers and the Scarlet Knights greatly helped their chances with the pair of talented prospects by rolling out the red carpet.

"It went good," Jamal Merrell said in an interview on Monday. "We visited the academic center and the sports center, and that was pretty much it.
"I like the school and everything about it. I like the coach a lot, too. It was the first visit so I can't really compare it to anything.
"We're going to Pitt and then we're going to Iowa. After that we'll visit whatever school we decide we want to see."
Merrell said Rutgers, Pitt and Iowa were not his three favorites, only the three they have decided to visit at this point.
He also said he did not know what other schools he would like to visit down the road.
