The 5-foot-11, 200-pound Crawford will travel to Baton Rouge this weekend for LSU's Junior Day event.
"LSU has a good team and they keep a good team year after year," Crawford said. "I am a fan of all the colleges I am considering."
Tennessee, South Carolina and Auburn are the other schools on Crawford's early list of favorites.
"I really don't have any favorites," he said. "I also have high interest in Florida State, but they haven't really been recruiting me.
Ole Miss and Arkansas also have been showing interest.
"I was invited to the Junior Day at Ole Miss, but I didn't make it," he said.
Crawford rushed for 2,242 yards and 23 touchdowns in 2005 in leading his team to a 12-1-1 record.
