Following a trip to the Penn State Nike Camp, Greenbelt (Md.) Eleanor Roosevelt safety Okechuckwu Okoroha added another offer. Who did the 6-foot-0, 180-pounder pick up the scholarship from?
"This was my 11th offer," he said. "I know I've got others from Boston College, Connecticut, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Akron, Temple and more.
"I got the one from Penn State on my way back home Saturday. My head coach got a call in the car and let me know. I was excited and cried as soon as I heard. It's a really big offer because it is not that far away from home. I like the way they play defense and playing with or against Justin King would be a blessing. I also like the coaches they made me feel at home."

Despite the new offer, Okoroha claims there are no favorites.
"No one is leading and I'm not in a position to have a top three right now."
What did the Maryland prospect think about the Penn State camp?
"The camp was good, I liked it a lot," he said. "The competition was great and there were so many good players from the area."
